This category refers to business travellers who are technical experts serving single or multiple customers, specifically for urgent or ad-hoc emergency cases which may include:

  • Urgent maintenance / repair machine
  • Aviation-related maintenance
  • Health-related services
  • ICT expertise / server breakdown
  • Natural disaster support services

It is compulsory for the technical expert to provide an invitation letter from their respective customers, which will be required for the submission of the Entry Permission application.
