  1. This is with reference to the latest announcement made on 11 July 2020 pertaining to the Entry Permission for Expatriates AND Permission to Exit and Return to Malaysia. Please find the below changes and updates for the following pass categories.
    1. The pass type categories :
      1. Employment Pass Category I (EP I) & Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T)
      2. Dependants & Foreign Maids for (EP I & RP-T)
      The conditions:
      1. EXITED MALAYSIA BEFORE 11 JULY 2020 and will be returning to Malaysia ARE EXEMPTED TO OBTAIN ENTRY PERMISSION from Director General of Immigration Malaysia (DGIM).
        Note : Applicant who has exited/wish to exit Malaysia after 11 July 2020 MUST obtain Exit and Return Permission from DGIM.
    2. The pass type categories :
      1. Employment Pass Category II & III (EP II & EP III)
      2. Professional Visit Pass (PVP)
      3. Dependants & Foreign Maids for (EP II & EP III)
      4. Long Term Social Visit Pass (LT-SVP) for (EP I, EP II, EP III & RP-T)
      The conditions:
      1. REQUIRED TO OBTAIN ENTRY PERMISSION from Director General of Immigration Malaysia (DGIM).

The Guideline will be EFFECTIVE from 18 July 2020
